The Side Utility 16x40 is a spacious, well-appointed outbuilding designed for durability and comfort, featuring a comprehensive 15-drop electrical package with a 125-amp breaker box to power tools, lighting, and appliances with ease. A 20-lite transom dormer adds natural light and architectural interest while increasing headroom, and energy-efficient thermal windows—including one 3x3 and five 3x4 units—help maintain interior temperature and reduce condensation. Entry is convenient and attractive with a 6-lite right-hand in door and a 9-lite right-hand out door, and extended eaves provide extra protection from the elements. The steeper roof pitch not only enhances curb appeal but also improves runoff and interior clearance, making this model an ideal choice for a workshop, studio, or versatile storage space.
Our standard financing option: 60-month term at $960/month with $960/down.
We offer flexible monthly financing with multiple terms to fit your budget: 24-month, 36-month, and 48-month options. Free delivery and local service included.
